On Tuesday, August 26, Old Fancher Road will be temporarily closed with no through traffic between Gittings Road and North Fancher Road/Highway H to accommodate a pavement patching project. 

The closure is expected to begin at 6:30 a.m. and last until 3:30 p.m. on August 26, weather permitting. Please view the map for details on the project location.

This is among three temporary road closures planned in Mount Pleasant for the week of August 25. Each closure is anticipated to start by 6:30 a.m. and be completed by 3:30 p.m. on their respective dates, weather permitting. Gittings Road between Old Fancher Road and Airline Road is scheduled for work on August 27, and a section of Kraut Road is to close on August 28 between Roberts Street and Northwestern Avenue/State Highway 38.
