Citation Payments
Debit or credit card payments can be submitted online. Payments are subject to a 2.75% or $2.00 minimum convenience fee. A citation number(s) is required to complete the transaction. Personal checks and money orders can be mailed to:

Payments should be made payable to Village of Mount Pleasant.
Important: We do not recommend paying online if you are satisfying a commitment. There is a delay in processing the payment and canceling the commitment, during which you could still be taken into custody. If you, or someone on your behalf, want to satisfy the commitment using a credit or debit card, we recommend making the payment in person at the Mount Pleasant Police Department to cancel the commitment immediately.
