Compost Site

Mount Pleasant operates a seasonal Compost Site free of use for Village residents. Residents may dispose of acceptable yard waste items at the Compost Site during hours of operation. The Village does not collect yard waste curbside.

Upon entering the Compost Site, residents will be asked to provide proof of residency to the Site Attendant. Examples of proof of residency include but are not limited to, a current driver's license with Mount Pleasant address, a utility bill, or a real estate tax bill. To expedite future visits, residents may ask the Site Attendant for a car window sticker to use for the season.
