Vision Statement
The CDA promotes the economic sustainability of our community. This vision will be achieved through green-field development, blight removal, and brown-field remediation. The CDA will consider promoting infill housing through tax and impact fee waivers and other similar incentives. The Comprehensive Plan and zoning ordinances also guide CDA's activities.
Mission Statement
The CDA, in collaboration with the Village Board and other Village Committees and Commissions, will research, recommend and implement activities that foster community relationships that strengthen and increase our industrial, commercial, residential, agricultural, green space, and institutional assets for our current and future residents.
Strategic Intent
