The Village of Mount Pleasant contracts through Veolia Environmental Services for waste disposal and recycling. Should you have a complaint or question regarding their service please call Veolia Environmental Services at 1-800-232-0860 and ask for customer service. If Veolia customer service fails to help you, please call the Village Administrator's Office at 554-8750.

Please review the pick-up  MAP for your waste and recycling pick up days.

The Village compost site which is located off of Hwy. 20 on West Road accepts yard waste, garden waste, leaves and brush. The compost site opens Saturday, April 10th and through Thanksgiving (weather permitting). The hours of operation are Wednesday's from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday's from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Call the Village Hall at 554-8750 if further information is needed.

  • 1/1/10 - Holiday no garbage pick up
  • 5/31/10 - Holiday no garbage pick up
  • 7/5/10 - Holiday no garbage pick up
  • 9/6/10 - Holiday no garbage pick up
  • 11/25/10 - Holiday no garbage pick up
  • 12/25/10 - Holiday no garbage pick up
