The sewer utility quarterly rate is a set charge, therefore not based on water usage. Quarterly bills are mailed 3/31, 6/30, 9/30 & 12/31 & due the last day of the following month. A 3% penalty is charged on all current billings if a payment is late.
Payment methods are as follows:

• Credit card or electronic check payments at   www.officialpayments.com or by phone 1-800-272-9829 (jurisdictional code 5859). Credit cards are not accepted at the Village Hall;
• Recurring automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account;
• In drop slot at main Village Hall entrance;
• By mail to 8811 Campus Drive, Mount Pleasant, WI 53406;
• At Village Hall at 8811 Campus Drive, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday,

Residents on municipal water will be billed quarterly by the City of Racine. Therefore payments can not be made at the Village Hall. Water payments can be mailed to Racine Water & Wastewater Utility, 800 Center Street, Room 227, Racine WI 53403 or at any Tri City National Bank.

In the event of sewage backup in your home, please contact Mt. Pleasant Sewer Utility before contacting a plumbing contractor. We will inspect our main line in the street for blockage. This service is no charge to the resident. During normal business hours please call (262) 664-7800 & after normal business hours or holidays please call the Police Department at (262) 636-9550.

State law requires that you contact Diggers Hotline, either by phone or on-line three working days before you disturb the soil.
