The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and acts upon applications for variances from the zoning ordinance requirement(s) which present non-self created hardship(s). The Zoning Board of Appeals also hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Zoning Administrator in the enforcement of the ordinance.
The Village Zoning Board of Appeals is a comprised of five citizen members appointed by the Village President. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers (Ebe Auditorium) at Village Hall, 8811 Campus Drive. Applications for the Zoning Board of Appeals are due on the last Tuesday of the previous month prior to the next meeting date. However, applications will not be placed on the agenda until all items are submitted.
