The Mount Pleasant Board of Trustees is an elected board made up of 6 trustees and 1 president that server two year terms. On odd years the Village president and three trustees are elected. On even years the other three trustees are elected. The Village Board is the controlling body of the Village that sets budget, names committees and provides oversight to all parts of the Village of Mount Pleasant operation.
