The Village of Mount Pleasant is one of the fastest developing communities in Wisconsin located on the western shore of Lake Michigan in Racine County. With a population of over 26,000 residents, Mount Pleasant offers the peace and serenity of small village life with accessibility to metropolitan Milwaukee and Chicago.
The Village is governed by a seven-member board. The Board is elected to their positions on an at-large basis and each member serves a two-year term.
Additionally, numerous boards and commissions study issues of interest to the Village and make recommendations to the board. These boards and commission are composed of civic-minded residents and business leaders.
Village Campus – The Village Hall, Police Department and Public Works Department are located at 8811 Campus Drive Mount Pleasant, WI 53406. The general number is (262) 664-7800. Village Hall is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
