The Village of Mount Pleasant is one of the fastest developing communities in Wisconsin located on the western shore of Lake Michigan in Racine County. The Village is governed by a seven-member board. The Board is elected to their positions on an at-large basis and each member serves a two-year term.
Additionally, numerous boards and commissions study issues of interest to the Village and make recommendations to the board. These boards and commission are composed of civic-minded residents and business leaders.
